Who am I booking with? is a marketing platform for activity providers to list and promote their sessions in order to attract participants. As per our T&Cs all bookings are done directly with the activity provider and Mylocalexercise is not involved in the financial transaction in anyway. All payments and refunds are dealt with directly by the activity provider.
I have made a booking, what next?
The activity provider will send you a confirmation email once payment has been confirmed. You should also receive a payment confirmation email depending on their booking system functions.
I need to cancel a booking, how do I do that?
Go into your account, find the relevant booking, and use the cancel booking button. Depending on the terms of the activity provider, they then resolve any refund of payment, or credit of class use, as per their own T&Cs.
How do I make a booking on listings that don’t have a book now button?
You would need to contact them directly via their contact details as they have not included a booking link for their activities.
