Pilates-Relax is a 90-minute class, consisting of a Pilates workout, followed by a Yoga Nidra practice. The aim is to strengthen and relax both the body and mind, reducing physical and mental stress, creating a fit and healthy you in all ways. A total body Pilates workout will strengthen your core, tone muscle, improve mobility, flexibility, coordination and balance. Then be guided through the yoga nidra practice which takes you into deep levels of relaxation, reducing aches & pains, boosting positivity, confidence, energy and immune system. You'll feel revitalised with a fresh energy for a happier lifestyle. Thursday 9:30-11am, £11 at Kazokudai Karate Centre, Blaby. You'll need to bring your own mat and blanket.
