DT Coaching - Berrycoombe - Multisports

DT Coaching is back running Time2Move Holiday Clubs at Berrycoombe Primary School this Summer Holidays. Each session will run for four hours in which time children will be participating in an array of multi-sports (such as Dodgeball, Football, Archery, Laser Tag and Kin Ball etc). Please note that some activities are weather dependent as they cannot be run inside. Extended Wraparound Hours: The T2M Sessions runs from 10am - 2pm. However, if you would like your child to attend the club for an additional hour or two, we will be running wraparound hours from 9am - 10am (morning) and 2pm - 3pm (afternoon). • You will need to include any wraparound hours as an "Add On" when making your booking via Playwaze. • Each additional wraparound hour will cost £5.00 per child. • Unfortunately, due to funding limits, the wraparound hours will not be Free School Meals funded. Therefore, if your child is FSM eligible and you book them in from 9am - 3pm, you will be charged £10.00 (2 x hours of wraparound) as the T2M session (10am - 2pm) will still be funded for you. Food and Drink: • For those not eligible for Free School Meals, if you would like your child to receive a hot lunch whilst with us you can select this as an "Add On" when making your booking via Playwaze. This will be added to your booking at a small extra charge (£5). Alternatively, children are more than welcome to bring a packed lunch along with them. • If you are making a booking using your child’s Free School Meal Voucher Code, then they will automatically be provided with a hot lunch and healthy snacks each session free of charge. If your child has any allergies/preferences, please make sure this is specified in your Playwaze account/booking information. Example Menu: • chicken and vegetable pie, with mash potato, peas and/or sweetcorn and topped with a pastry pie lid • ham and tomato pasta bake, served with sweetcorn and topped with cheese (optional) • sausage, mash potato, peas and gravy Each day we also offer freshly made sandwiches (i.e.ham or cheese) along with fresh fruit for each child, and a traybake style dessert (i.e. fruit flapjack, apple sponge cake, lemon drizzle cake). Clothing: • Please ensure that children are wearing suitable clothing and footwear for sporting activities and dressed appropriately for the Cornish weather. It is advisable for all children to bring a sunhat and suncream in their bags (clearly labelled with their names please). Pick up and Drop off: • Please ensure prompt drop off and pick up. • The sign-in/collection point may be indoors, therefore please follow the “DT Coaching” signage to find us. • If your child is to be collected by someone else then please let a member of the DT Coaching team know. • If your child is to walk home, we will need a written note from a parent/guardian confirming this. • Please ensure you/the person collecting knows your chosen password for collection (you will be asked to specify this when you are completing your child’s booking information). Offers: • Please remember to use your Free School Meals Voucher Code (if your child is eligible for benefit related free school meals) • Book two sessions (excluding wraparound hours) for £35.00 per child (this can be any two sessions run by DT Coaching at a chosen venue during the Summer Holidays). Please note that for this discounted rate to apply, it has to be the same child being booked on to both sessions.
